Open Source Sabbatical
Seeking a place where my financial runway could be extended, I broke my lease, threw a goodbye party, and headed for Nicaragua. I resolved not to return until my crowdfunding salary would cover living costs back in Canada. (Spoiler: This last bit didn’t work out!)
